It’s estimated that up to 400,000 people in the UK each day have to put up with severely delayed or cancelled trains. Yet each passenger is entitled to compensation, something the train operators would like to keep quiet.
Therefore we’ve produced a set of cards that can be handed out to friends, colleagues, and even to fellow passengers – ideal for spreading the word when your train is delayed.
